Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags still attached. You can initiate a return or exchange directly through our Returns Centre.
Please be aware of the following:
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer — we do not currently provide return labels
- "Wrong size" is not a valid return reason unless the item does not match our published sizing guide. We do however offer exchanges if an item does not fit as desired
- "Delivery took too long" is not a valid return reason for orders that have been received — our delivery timelines are clearly outlined on our website. For orders not yet received where our timelines have not been met due to major logistical delays, a refund can only be issued once package loss has been formally confirmed
- Returns and exchanges are not applicable during service interruptions caused by natural disasters, carrier strikes, or other events beyond our control
Return & Exchange Process
- Visit our Returns Centre and enter your order number along with your email address or phone number
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange and follow the on-screen instructions
- Once submitted, allow up to 48 hours for your request to be reviewed
- If approved, you will receive an email confirmation with further instructions
Please note: delivery timeframes for exchanged items vary depending on your location.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically arrive within 2–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
