Delivery Cost & Timeframes
At Zotaru, we offer free worldwide delivery on every order — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
We currently offer one standard delivery option:
- Order processing: 3–7 business days after payment confirmation
- Transit time: 8–12 business days once dispatched
- Estimated total: 11–19 business days from order placement
Please note: transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery timelines may vary slightly for regions outside of Europe and North America, and during peak seasons such as holidays, slight delays may occur.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You have a maximum of 24 hours from placing your order to request a modification, address change, or cancellation. Once this window has passed, your order will have entered the dispatch queue and can no longer be altered or cancelled. Please double-check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Shipping Carrier
Your shipping carrier is selected based on your destination and package weight. We work with trusted international carriers to ensure your order is handled with care.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment on the carrier's website or through our order tracking page.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us at zotarustudios@gmail.com immediately — address changes can only be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
Zotaru cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect address information. Any costs associated with reshipping will be invoiced to the customer. We are also not liable for failed deliveries due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery.
Delivery Issues & Exceptions
If your order has not arrived within 28 days of placement, please contact us at zotarustudios@gmail.com and we will look into it promptly. While we always aim for a smooth delivery experience, circumstances beyond our control — such as customs processing, carrier delays, or weather events — may occasionally impact delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us at zotarustudios@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue on your behalf.
